Annapolis

Known for its diverse culture and diverse neighborhoods, Annapolis is the Capital of Maryland. There is much nightlife and culture to be found here. Whether you enjoy the panoramic views of the Chesapeake from the City Dock or a casual stroll down West St, there is always much to do around town.

Living in Annapolis will appeal to everyone as well. Neighborhoods range from the upper 200's into the millions. Residents have their choice or water-oriented communities such as Hillsmere to family oriented communities like Hunt Meadow. Crofton

Welcome home to Crofton. This city is characterized by the "Crofton Triangle" which lies at the heart of the city. Three major roadways create a natural triangle with the Crofton Country Club laying in the middle of it. Homes run the gamut of 35 years old to nearly new. Townhomes start in the upper 200's and the while single-family homes range from $350,000-$650,000. Located north of Route 50, Crofton is an easy commute to the Washington DC area. The Metro subway is a few short miles away as well. A few of the more popular neighborhoods include Chapman Farm, Walden, and Crofton Meadows.

Millersville

This lovely city lies mostly to the east of Route 97. Located between Annapolis and Baltimore, families have been enjoying this area for years. A couple of the more popular areas include Shipley's Choice and Shipley's Retreat. One item of confusion for new people to the area is this city is split between two different school districts. Odenton/ Severn/ Ft. Meade

This tri-city area comprises a vast amount of space, yet these areas run into each other very easily. Home to many different types of people, the main draw to the area is NSA/ Ft. Meade. NSA is currently Maryland's largest employer and many of the area residents take advantage of the great neighborhoods and a small commute. This area has seen a tremendous amount of growth over the last three years with plenty of new construction. A few of the more popular neighborhoods consist of Saddlebrook, Seven Oaks, and Piney Orchard.

Pasadena/ Glen Burnie

Located just south of the 695 Baltimore Beltway, the Pasadena/ Glen Burnie area is among some of the most affordable housing within the county. From a 900 square foot condo to a 3 acre wooded lot, this area has almost any type of housing you could be looking for. Looking for suburb living and close proximity to one of the nations most thriving cities, welcome home to Pasadena/ Glen Burnie.

Severna Park

Though this list of cities is in alphabetical order, one could argue that I've saved the best for last! Severna Park is dissected by Route 2 also known as Ritchie Highway. Bordering the city on both sides are the Magothy and Severn River. Severna Park boasts some of the best water-oriented communities within the county. Severna Park is home to many Blue Ribbon elementary schools, and its own Middle and High school. The city is known for a gigantic park called Kinder Farm that hosts nature walks, playgrounds, and ball fields for the kids. Homes start around $350,000. A few of the more popular communities include Chartwell on the Severn, Berrywood, and Round Bay.
